Job Summary

The Bi-Lingual Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Processing Orders/Order Revisions: Manage and process customer orders accurately and timely, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Daily Customer Interactions: Resolve customer inquiries and concerns reputed company phone, email, or chat, providing information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handling Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints reputed company, including product issues, delivery problems, and service discrepancies.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback, managing accounts, and supporting promotional activities.
• Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, communicating any delays or issues to customers.

Essential Qualifications

* Bi-Lingual (Spanish): Required for effective communication with customers and colleagues.

• Food Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
• 5+ Years of Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving complaints and providing exceptional service.
• Experience as a Customer Account Manager: Proven experience in managing customer accounts, providing feedback, and supporting promotional activities.
• Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality control.
• Documentation and Reporting Skills: Proficient in documenting customer interactions, orders, and complaints, with experience generating reports to improve customer service processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reputed company, ERP systems, and complaint platforms, with experience using D365.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with PO's and Invoicing: Experience managing purchase orders and invoices, with a strong understanding of financial processes.

• B2B or B2B & B2C Experience: Experience working with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
