You will report to our Finance Manager and will be primarily responsible for the management and processing of payment transactions for our organization. Your duties will also include reputed company duties such as record keeping and assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reporting. This role will have more of a focus on Accounts Payable, but will also be responsible for working with Accounts Receivable, so experience with both is a must. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good relationship skills, and a desire to learn new software, tools, and programs are critical characteristics. • Manage accounts payable ensuring bills are paid on a timely and accurate manner
• Processing transactions and performing reputed company duties such as reconciling and recording entries
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Review and create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Comfort with the Accounts Receivable function with a proven track record of working in that reputed company
