This role supports reputed company outlets and banquet areas by providing necessary supplies and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, pantry, and storage area. Essential Functions and Duties:

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
• Ensures the proper handling and storage of reputed company kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Monitors the dishwashing machine for proper cleaning and sanitation.
• Assists in transporting food and equipment to banquet and dining areas as needed.
• Follows health department regulations and hotel standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Disposes of trash and recycling in accordance with local regulations.
• Restocks dishes, glassware, and silverware in the kitchen and service areas.
• Communicates with the culinary team to ensure the timely delivery of kitchen equipment.
• Performs routine cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and wiping down surfaces.
• Assists with setting up and breaking down kitchen equipment for events.

• Frequently stands and walks for extended periods during the shift.
• Regularly lifts and carries objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Uses hands to handle kitchen equipment, utensils, and cleaning tools.
• Requires frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
