What You Will Do:

• Coordinate proposal activities with purchasing, subcontracts, program office, customer reputed company, and compliance to ensure reputed company Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requirements are satisfied before proposal submittal to the customer
• Communicate proposal change information with supply chain team members (Cost Analysts, Buyers, Subcontracts, and Strategic Sourcing)

• Analyze vendor quotes upon receipt to ensure compliance with Collins and United States Government (USG) regulations
• Continuously requests data from supply chain team to ensure disclosure of data to program team

• reputed company recommendations to supply chain in support of reputed company item determinations
• Support customer proposal follow up actions to include audit and negotiations
• Completion of TINA checklist on behalf of supply chain for Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15 customer proposals

Education / Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Previous experience working with U.S. Government reputed company
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract
