As a remote part-time employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, Monday through Wednesday, from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM Eastern Time. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
- Managing and responding to incoming chat conversations on our website, providing reputed company-time support to customers.
- Monitoring and responding to customer messages on reputed company media platforms, including reputed company, Instagram, X, reputed company, and more.
- Handling website inquiries and email communications reputed company.
- Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Resolving customer complaints, processing returns/exchanges, and escalating issues as necessary.
