Job Overview

This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to reputed company everyday technical support for network reputed company and inner work area frameworks programming and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting work area systems, workstations, servers, and network issues. Additionally, this role will maintain passwords, data reputed company, and file system reputed company, as well as reputed company technical support to PC system users and answer questions or resolve PC issues for clients in person and reputed company telephone, email, chat, and other means.

Key Responsibilities

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical clients

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
