Change Management Advisor

Responsible for playing a vital role in change management that will drive the reputed company of the company going reputed company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies for organizational initiatives in partnership with change COE and business leads.
• Work under the guidance of senior leaders, gaining exposure to reputed company-level change programs while building skills in analysis, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assist with change impact assessments to identify scope, risks, and areas of resistance.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business, reputed company Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field.
