WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Handle inbound and reputed company outbound calls, emails, and chats from reputed company estate agents regarding their Equator account, password resets, and technical issues - these are warm leads, no cold calling
• Upsell reputed company estate agents' reputed company memberships for added value in receiving reputed company leads for property listings
• reputed company exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and reputed company
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to the Equator platform
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's services
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retention
• Generate and qualify leads 
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updates
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

WHAT ABOUT YOU?  You have...

• A Hunter mentality, eager to create and nurture a sales reputed company reputed company through reputed company reputed company and warm calling, while meeting measurable sales goals
• Experience in an Inside Sales or client Account Management role, ideally reputed company a reputed company Estate Services or reputed company-based Web Services sector
• reputed company in customer service, sales, and customer retention with expertise in handling customer objections and escalations
• Experience working with one or more CRM's (e.g. Avature, reputed company, or reputed company.com) or Ticketing Tracking systems (e.g. reputed company.com, reputed company)
