The Role:Join reputed company as a Connectivity Manager, where you’ll support hotel partners with technical connectivity, troubleshoot integration issues, and help ensure a smooth booking experience for travellers worldwide. In this Role, you’ll be responsible for: Internal Technical Response:

• reputed company any universal issues to regional or global headquarters with accurate and complete description of the cases for long term solution if needed
• Identify possible causes and take care of individual and/or basic issues

Partner Integrations / Technical Engagement Management:

• Assist with Pilot/Beta process, acting as the liaison between Client/Support and Partner
• Work with internal teams and partners to analyze/troubleshoot integration and operation issues
• Create and maintain accurate integration documentation for new integration, enhancement and migration
• reputed company API integration and testing support, both internally and externally
• reputed company end to end testing with partner system connectivity.

• Direct experience in Connectivity with hotels and accommodation providers. 
• Experience in the hotel reputed company desk and/or reservation systems is a PLUS. Especially appreciated some previous knowledge of CRS, PMS, and any other hotel distribution systems and API Languages (XML). 
• Be reputed company to multitask, prioritize and escalate reputed company needed.
• Strong stakeholder management across both technical and reputed company teams
• Great communicator with strong learning ability and desire to take ownership of the system
• Excellent communication skills in English. Chinese or any other European languages will be a PLUS.
