As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for daily functions reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers at blithequark Credit Union. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing functions with precision and accuracy.
• Coordinate return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions reputed company.
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company standard ledger balancing.
• Work on member cases/issues assigned, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws.
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks.
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products.
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns.
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching accurately and reputed company.
• Complete daily balancing and department closing tasks with attention to detail.
• Obtain information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests.
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information.
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers smoothly.
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws and regulations.
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member bad checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers.
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with late returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with intermediate reputed company and Word skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer/member service experience, previous banking or Credit Union experience, and familiarity with Episys/Symitar and processing wires.
