Job Summary

As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Input data accurately and reputed company, using our proprietary systems and tools

  • Take 75+ calls per day, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-reputed company room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri reputed company-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
  • Start date: 12/7
