Your primary responsibilities will involve processing and managing various financial transactions, including checking processing, direct bills, and budget transfers. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems and reputed company exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily tasks reputed company to account processing, including checking processing, direct bills, and budget transfers

• Coordinate with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Work on member cases and projects assigned to you
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member re-exam transactions on draft changes, process member transactions, verify members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You Will Need for reputed company

* Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
