Job Summary

As a Customer Service Loyalty Champion II, you will be responsible for resolving customer needs and preventing churn, emphasizing proactive measures in your day-to-day activities. You will work from home in this remote role, with occasional in-person training and meetings. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns that have varying reputed company of complexity

Requirements:
