As a Financial Analyst II, you will prepare, analyze, and report key financial and reputed company cycle management (RCM) information, developing both standard and reputed company reports to support the needs of the reputed company. • Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and reputed company support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other reputed company issues.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business or a reputed company field
• OR Associate’s Degree and two years of experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
• Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators, cash reputed company analysis, product line analysis and proposal development

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Payroll Tax experience at a local, state and federal level

• Experience with multi-state/entity payrolls in a large sized organization (10,000+ employees)

• Exposure to year end processes including W-2/W-2c
