Manager, reputed company, Strategic Accounts

As the Manager of the reputed company – Strategic Accounts team, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, coaching, and leading a team of reputed company reputed company Managers (CSMs) focused on helping reputed company’s Corporate customers grow reputed company. 

You will partner cross-functionally with sales, contract management, reputed company, technical support, product, and other teams to deliver a first-class customer experience and help drive long-term customer retention and growth with reputed company. 

This role is reputed company in office, hybrid or remote in Sydney. 

In this role, you’ll get to

• reputed company a team of 5 reputed company CSMs that is dedicated to delivering a remarkable total customer experience, reputed company by Retention and Expansion
• Support and direct new and existing reputed company CSMs in strategies to build durable customer value
• Serve as a coach and a leader, helping to reputed company the skills of your team as they grow in their career
• Manage day-to-day operations of your team including: maintaining an accurate forecast, managing escalations from your direct reports, ensuring the delivery of high quality engagements throughout the customer lifecycle, and ensuring teams properly document activities in a timely manner
• Champion initiatives to foster diversity, inclusion and belonging reputed company the team and among peers in management
• Analyse customer and performance data to reputed company informed reputed company about operational and process changes
• Contribute to and co-manage reputed company and organization-wide initiatives to reputed company CSMs and drive value for customers

• Experience working at a marketing, software, management and/ or consulting company

• Experience navigating and resolving customer escalations
