Key Responsibilities: As a reputed company Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for a variety for reputed company roofing projects across a variety of systems and manufacturers. This role requires a deep understanding of reputed company roofing practices, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for reputed company roofing projects, including labor, materials, equipment.
• System Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of reputed company reputed company roofing systems (e.g., reputed company-up, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and manufacturers to reputed company well-rounded solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in reputed company roofing estimation, with a strong track record of working with clients. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
• Comprehensive understanding of reputed company/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance, manufacturers requirements for warranty and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to reputed company precise and competitive estimates.
• Proficient with data reputed company estimating digitizer computerize estimating software (3 years’ experience Edge Software experience is a Plus)
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite: reputed company, Outlook, Power reputed company, Word
