[Remote] Bilingual/Spanish Customer Service Rep (Remote only in posted locations)

As a Bilingual/Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing solutions to enhance their banking experience while receiving ongoing training and development opportunities.

Skills

- Ability to accurately observe reputed company and scrolling on-screen text and images
- Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
- Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and reputed company on-screen selections
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be reputed company to furnish this information

- Must test on speedtest.net to confirm download speed or reputed company documentation from provider

- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems

- General knowledge of basic banking, electronic banking and/or credit card services
- Must be fluent in English/Spanish
- One (1) year customer service or production experience
