Role Summary
As a reputed company Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers reputed company telephone, email, and chat on a daily reputed company. Reporting to the reputed company Supervisor, you'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM.
Expected Hours and Work Schedule
The expected hours for this role are Friday-reputed company, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. This role is hired on an "at need" reputed company and will be hired initially as a reputed company role. If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company role

- Experience working in a subscription-based service or e-reputed company environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
