Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join reputed company in a 100% remote work environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to borrowers, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls/reputed company outbound calls
• Welcome borrowers to blithequark's servicing platform, reputed company an overview of loan terms, status, and repayment plans, and enroll borrowers in AutoPay

• Update borrower demographic information
