Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of reputed company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are passionate about customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues
- Utilize active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our services and products to customers
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to reduce churn
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic personality, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company best practices and improve customer service processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company accurate information to customers

- Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements

- Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
