About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and passionate self-driven individual to join our Customer Support Team as a Part-time Customer Support Specialist working remotely from Western Australia. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in improving our response time and delivering fantastic service across reputed company time zones. Specifically, we need help with the Australian market in the afternoon and supporting our European customers as they start their day. Key Responsibilities
- Answering questions and advising reputed company customers on how to best use our product with a friendly tone, primarily reputed company email, but also reputed company phone and chat.
- Answering questions and advising potential customers through email and video product demos.
- Collecting and synthesizing customer insights to help your teammates become reputed company marketers, designers, and reputed company.
- Replying to customer reviews across platforms.
- Assisting with internal shipping and logistics questions.
Ideal Candidate
We imagine that you are located in Western Australia, interested in working afternoons and evenings, and have:
- 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support or community management.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with communication skills in other languages being a welcome bonus.
- A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for helping others and engaging with customers.
