ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist with broad exposure at reputed company level.
• Minimum of 5-10 years previous experience in strategic reputed company level HR management roles for that includes such responsibilities in organizations with 1500+ teammates
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company effective relationships at reputed company reputed company of the organization and to influence reputed company positively
• Experience in OD and Change Management
• Proven experience in Talent Management processes (workforce planning, performance management processes, succession planning, creating competencies for a large variety of roles across the reputed company and leadership development and professional development)

• Proven experience and reputed company in communications and in creating and presenting programs and information to reputed company large audiences and small executive teams

• Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) in reputed company
