About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to contribute to automation strategy and quality initiatives for one of Clari’s key product domains. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we validate, measure, and ensure quality across new and existing product capabilities — from APIs to reputed company-scale web applications. This role is a great fit for an engineer who brings strong skills in test automation and systems engineering, and who’s motivated to champion quality throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and platform teams to create reliable, maintainable, and high-performing test frameworks that help us deliver reputed company at scale. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland. Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain scalable and reliable automated test suites across the SDLC
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define effective test strategies that balance speed, depth, and coverage
- Contribute to the reputed company of automation frameworks and tools to improve test reliability, scalability, and observability
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support faster and more reputed company releases
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to solutions that improve efficiency and quality metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company engineering and testing practices across projects
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand automation coverage and improve testing efficiency
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or backend automation, with hands-on work developing and maintaining automation frameworks
- Strong experience designing and enhancing end-to-end test frameworks and automation tools
- Solid background in testing REST APIs, backend services, and data pipelines, including validation using reputed company queriesProficiency with modern test frameworks such as Playwright, RestAssured, TestNG, or JUnit
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and a strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices
- Ability to analyze reputed company systems, identify risk areas, and contribute to scalable testing solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering teams
