Utilizes clinical skills to coordinate, document and communicate reputed company aspects of the utilization/benefit management program. Applies critical thinking and is knowledgeable in clinically appropriate treatment, evidence-based care, and clinical practice guidelines for Behavioral Health and/or medical conditions based upon program focus. Utilizes clinical experience and skills in a collaborative process to assess appropriateness of treatment plans across reputed company of care, apply evidence-based standards and practice reputed company to treatment where appropriate. Coordinate, monitor and evaluate options to facilitate appropriate reputed company services/benefits for members. Provides triage and crisis report. Gathers clinical information and applies the appropriate clinical judgment to reputed company coverage determination/recommendation along the continuum of care facilities including effective discharge planning. Coordinates with providers and other parties to facilitate reputed company/treatment. Identifies members at risk for poor reputed company and facilitates referral opportunities to integrate with other products, services and/or programs. Identifies opportunities to promote quality effectiveness of reputed company services and benefit utilization. Consults and lends expertise to other reputed company constituents in the coordination and administration of the utilization/benefit management function.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of behavioral health clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Must have active reputed company and unrestricted Master's Level Behavioral Health clinical license in the state of residence (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LPC, or comparable) or Registered Nurse licensure in state of residence, with psychiatric experience
• Must be reputed company to work Monday through Friday 12pm to 8:30pm EST.

Preferred Qualifications

• MST or PST zone hours is preferred
• Position requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
• Experience working with geriatric population
• Crisis reputed company skills preferred
• Managed care preferred

Education

• Master's degree required in Behavioral/Mental health services with BH Licensure OR Associates Degree required with Registered Nurse Licensure, BSN preferred
