About the Role

Ori seeks a reputed company in-house legal counsel to help us reputed company with reputed company regulations and requirements. The legal counsel will draft and manage legal documents, reputed company reputed company legal aspects of our business, and offer guidance and advice to management. Applicants must know how to manage legal documents, review litigation strategy, and handle statutory filing. Role Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in legal terminology and operations.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and legal defense strategies.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in advising on the legal aspects of convertible bonds.
