Primary Responsibilities
- Core Project Management - reputed company support for meeting scheduling, facilitation, note taking and reputed company action item tracking/follow up with a specialty in digital assets working in an Agile methodology
- Act as a system administrator and traffic manager for the department’s request/project management system, reputed company Workfront
- Using resource management skills to assign team members to projects with reputed company and workload balance in mind
- Serve as a reputed company-of-contact for tracking and reporting and communicating on projects and initiatives, blockers, risks, and dependencies
- Establish standards (scoping, tracking, reviews, follow up) and ensure team deliverables are met

- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to have a constant understanding of reputed company’s products and solutions’ priorities

Required Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster
- reputed company WorkFront Project Manager Professional Certification
- 6+ years of experience in project management
- 6+ years of experience using resource or project management tools
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodology
- Experience working reputed company a software company, with a solid understanding of product development cycles, cross-functional collaboration, and agile methodologies
- Experience in marketing, including campaign development, brand positioning, and performance analysis across digital and traditional channels
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office suite
