Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to borrowers, providing timely and accurate information about federal student loan programs, and resolving inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and reputed company outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment options, deferments, and forbearance eligibility, taking payments and updating the borrower's account in an efficient manner.

Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or bachelor's degree preferred.
