Job Description

As a Blended Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, using our guided process to resolve customer service needs. You'll work closely with reputed company to gather and verify customer information, document interactions in our CRM system, and reputed company exceptional service to every caller.

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer, including our CRM system and other software applications
• Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience, preferably in a blended support environment

• Previous experience working remotely, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
• Basic technical support experience, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving

Job Requirements:

* Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking reputed company during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)

• Must have reputed company availability 24/7 to work shifts inside reputed company's hours of operation
