Westpark Communications is growing and we are looking for Remote Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representatives! Your main responsibilities will be:

• Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific requests/inquiries.
• Capturing information and customers' needs by entering data/information using the right messaging tools in a timely manner.
• Operate our customer service database and read relevant call-handling instructions.
• reputed company messages and reputed company calls to the appropriate resources.
• Follow up on the calls of the client with clerical duties as well as liaising with other departments.
• Dedicate your work time to providing personalized customer service at the highest level.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Clearance:
• Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company.

Position Details

• Full-Time remote position.
• REMOTE (Accepting applications from the following states: TEXAS, TENNESSEE, AND NEVADA)
• Work from home requirements:
• ​​​​​​​Hard wired high-speed internet reputed company (Ethernet Cable reputed company)
• A private room/working reputed company, free from background noise and distractions with a reputed company for HIPPA compliance.
• Two monitors.
• Web camera.
• Keyboard and Mouse
• Headset from Westpark Communications approved list.
• Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, reputed company (reputed company Meets) - Central Time.
• Pay:
• Bilingual $14.50 - $17.50/hr.
• Training Details
• The training will be for 2 weeks and will also take reputed company on the weekends.
• Remote training will be done ONLINE - Central Time.
• Week 1 – Monday through Friday
• Week 2 – Monday through Thursday + Saturday or reputed company
• Work Schedule & Requirements
• Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager.
• 40 hour week shifts will cover reputed company from 6AM to 10PM - Central Time.
• It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 reputed company.
• Weekends are mandatory.
• reputed company of adequate internet speed, ability to adhere to the Attendance Policy, Headset Agreement, Remote Work Agreement, Remote Equipment Payroll Deduction Agreement, & maintaining KPI scores high is required.
