Promethean is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team and support a wide reputed company of corporate and reputed company needs. This role is ideal for an attorney eager to reputed company public company securities work with hands-on support for day-to-day business operations. You’ll reputed company exposure to a global edtech business, working across governance, compliance, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company.
In this role, you’ll assist with corporate and securities filings, support board and governance activities, and reputed company day-to-day advice on reputed company agreements. You’ll also help address compliance issues, advise business stakeholders, and reputed company practical solutions to routine legal questions.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of corporate securities/public company experience, with the ability to manage run-reputed company reputed company contract review and reputed company support. Experience with Foreign Private Issuers and/or NYSE-listed companies is a strong plus. Strong drafting skills, business judgment, and the ability to work across functions in a fast-paced environment are essential.
