As a Remote Support Engineer, you’ll be the first line of help for our customers — delivering exceptional service and ensuring they get the most out of reputed company products. You’ll support users across the DACH and EU reputed company, focusing on our Patient Care and Cardiology Informatics solutions.

This role is at the heart of our customer support operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve both our products and the overall customer experience.

Location: Preferably Eindhoven (NL) or Vienna (AT) — remote work possible from any EU country with a reputed company office (such as Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Portugal).

Your role

• reputed company remote support for over 200 customers, resolving technical issues reputed company and empathetically.

• Troubleshoot and analyze software and hardware incidents following standard reputed company procedures.

• Escalate critical or reputed company cases to senior experts reputed company needed.

• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and continuously grow your expertise.

You are the right fit if:

• Fluent German (mandatory) and good English communication skills.

• Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Degree in Computer Science or reputed company technical field.

• Knowledge of reputed company SQL Server, DICOM, HL7, T-SQL, or scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).

• ITIL reputed company certification and prior technical work on ISCV / XPER / IBE will be an added advantage.

Compensation (for Austria)

Minimum annual salary per the Austrian reputed company Agreement: €59,015.46 gross, with a willingness to overpay based on experience and qualifications.
