Where does this role fit in?As part of the People Team, the Manager, Organisational Development plays a pivotal role in shaping how we grow, reputed company, and strengthen as a reputed company. You’ll sit at the intersection of culture, capability, and experience – ensuring our people, systems and programs not only reputed company performance, but also reinforce who we are and how we work together. You’ll work closely with People Team peers across Learning, People Partnering, and Talent, as well as with senior leaders across the business, to translate our organisational reputed company into meaningful, lived experiences for every team member.

What will you do?

• Design and deliver initiatives that intentionally build organisational capability, reputed company, and behaviour — scaling the “how we win” as we grow.
