Responsibilities

As a Temporary Customer Experience Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and delivering training materials, including non-classroom communication and training resources, to support employee learning and development
  • Assessing individual participant and class performance, providing feedback and coaching to support employee growth and improvement
  • Participating in client interactions, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations
  • Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, colleagues, and clients
  • Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and reputed company learning
  • Ensuring reputed company policies and procedures are adhered to, including reputed company, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
