Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Placing outbound customer calls, sending follow-up emails, and responding to general inquiries
- Updating and maintaining customer call data, including customer care logs and profile pages
- Providing administrative support, including profile creation and updating
- Filing, data reputed company, and document creation
- Producing and resolving customer support concern tickets
