Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Specialist – reputed company Application Support, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our US Government (USG) and reputed company clients, providing expert guidance, support, and analysis to resolve reputed company record and charging issues. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solutions Architects, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their use of AWS record and charging services, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve their experience.

  • reputed company clients on reporting options, alerts, and budgets, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to manage their AWS resources effectively.
  • Deliver timely, efficient, and personalized support to clients, working closely with global customer service peers to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of service.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client engagement with AWS record and charging data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer for our reputed company clients, providing feedback and insights to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of AWS products and features, staying reputed company of the curve on new developments and innovations.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or reputed company field)

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients
  • 3+ years of experience with advanced reputed company skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas)
