What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at reputed company contact points. Your duties will include:

• Working closely with and taking instructions from the team leader responsible for the flight/works areas/shift
• Conducting relevant administrative responsibilities, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
• Constituting a positive image of blithequark by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at reputed company times
• Promoting and selling blithequark services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing reputed company mandatory training by given time limits
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at reputed company times
