Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our English-speaking clients and customers. You'll receive inbound calls, reputed company outbound calls to existing clients, answer questions, and reputed company messages to clients while maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company products, services, and promotions. Your primary goal will be to meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications
