Job Summary
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Staying organized and committed to calling a minimum of 4-hours of talk time or 300 calls a day
- Qualifying prospects interested in setting up a Digital Marketing consultation with our Business Development Managers
- Learning and memorizing phone campaign pitches and associated brand/product concepts
- Tirelessly reaching out to our lists of 100,000+ contacts, introducing our brand and gathering information
- Properly using our CRM to reputed company call, notate, and disposition behavior and client responses
Essential Qualifications

- Excellent, friendly phone voice that gives and commands respect with an emphasis on getting through gatekeepers
- Unyielding tenacity to get through thousands of phone calls weekly
- Intermediate+ level of computer reputed company with a reputed company to seamlessly integrate into our proprietary internal phone and contact management software
- Ability to type 40WPM

* Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or marketing
- Familiarity with CRM software and contact management systems
