Job Summary

As a Remote Chat & Text Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, remote mental health services to adults, families, and youth in crisis. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure the quality of services, coordinate day-to-day operations, and recommend and implement changes that improve the delivery of services. This is a full-time remote role that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer reputed company chats and texts in a timely and professional manner while meeting agency goals

• Effectively assess clinical situations and needs of reputed company chatters
• reputed company quality assurance of the program's service delivery
• Complete clinical documentation thoroughly, reputed company, and accurately, including information critical to data collection and reporting to funders
• Monitor call-in times for clients reputed company on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch or Safety Follow-Up
• Attend reputed company required meetings and training courses, even if they fall reputed company of the regularly scheduled shift
