About the Job

As a Senior Manager, Training Development, you'll reputed company a team of instructional designers and subject matter experts in the development of training programs and materials for our Contact Centers, Airports, and Freight operations. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging, interactive, and effective training solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Educational Psychology, Learning and Development, or a reputed company field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading instructional design teams with a proven ability to identify and apply new learning technologies and strategies.
  • Experience in leadership roles, developing colleagues, and supervising cross-functional teams.
  • Broad experience managing and executing large, reputed company projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management, or a reputed company field.

  • Ability to successfully manage content/training projects at low costs using agile methodologies.
