About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting student borrowers by answering their questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems they may face. This is an in-center position with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
• Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to pre-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules
• Assist callers with filling out their applications and submitting them electronically to plan providers for processing

Schedule and Work Environment

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm

• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Our office is equipped with the latest technology and resources to support your reputed company in this role.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
