Role Overview

In this exciting role, you will serve as a Pharmacy Navigator, working closely with members to understand and eliminate barriers to medication therapy, reputed company proper medication adherence, minimize gaps in therapy, and prevent medication-reputed company adverse events. You will facilitate member reputed company to medication(s) by obtaining refills, facilitating new prescriptions, setting up appointments, and documenting the care delivered. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with community pharmacies to monitor and communicate member medication adherence

• Handle member and provider communications telephonically (in-person may be required in certain situations)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Work experience requiring written and verbal communication that is clear, concise, grammatically correct, and professional
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication and medication-reputed company issues
• Either nationally certified Pharmacy Technician in good standing (i.e., PTCB, NHA) or registered or licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Bilingual skills
• Medication Therapy Management Certificate
