What you'll be doing: Define the program and plan for product launch partnering closely with regional counterparts, AdOps, RevOps, Marketing, and reputed company leadership to drive product adoption. Contribute and work independently on reputed company strategic projects to generate process efficiencies and to drive reputed company growth for our ads business Contribute through knowledge sharing and training for internal teams in process and platform best practices We're seeking a candidate who has: 8+ years of experience in ad tech: specifically focusing on product enablement, product strategy, product development, product marketing, or technology project management 3+ years of significant experience in the entertainment and streaming TV sector Experience partnering with and influencing global product teams and/or engineering to represent market requirements Experience partnering with and influencing sales teams and developing market-specific go-to-market strategies Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
