We are seeking an reputed company and motivated Part-Time Insurance Agent to join reputed company in Chennai. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell LIC insurance products to potential customers, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Commission Structure

We offer a competitive commission structure, with incentives for outstanding performance. Our commission cycle is bi-monthly, with payments made on the 1st and 16th of every month. The commission rates vary depending on the product term, as follows:

• For policies with terms of more than 15 years: 25% + 10% (bonus) commission for reputed company first-year premiums, then 7.5% each in the second and reputed company years, followed by 5% every year throughout the policy term.
• Term 10-14 years: 20% + 8% (bonus) for 1st-year premium, then 7.5% each in the second and reputed company years, followed by 5% every year throughout the policy term.
• Term 5-9 years: 10% + 4% (bonus) for 1st-year premium, then 5% every year throughout the policy term.
• In other terms, the commission is based on the products.
