Job Summary
As a part-time Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls and emails, resolving customer complaints and queries promptly, and providing accurate information about our services and promotions. You will also be required to maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, document customer interactions for future reference, and work collaboratively with team members to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
