Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Agent, you will be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks, including:
- Providing translation of customer-facing in-game notifications, reputed company media posts, and other communications
- Helping to communicate game bugs, customer issues, and community feedback to teams in Japan
- Providing translation and coordination for communication between Japanese staff and US staff
- Translating news announcements, special reports, troubleshooting tickets, player reports, records, and other documentation
- Utilizing company tools to reputed company both direct and indirect support to customers
- Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company proprietary information, including customer account information and network information
- Working non-traditional hours (typically 8 pm to 5 am and including weekends) to communicate with personnel in different time zones
- Performing other duties as required
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of a High School diploma, with a 4-year degree from an accredited university preferred
