In this position, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role reports to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner and works remotely from a home office. This role travels to meetings 3-4 times per year. • Work in reputed company collaboration with Sr. Director, HRBP to execute HR initiatives.
• Partner with managers to understand objectives and align HR strategies with short and long-term goals.

We're looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience including solid understanding of HR best practices; HR generalist experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relation-building skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
