Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo is seeking an reputed company Trial Attorney to join our growing personal injury team. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients throughout Georgia and requires an active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
We are dedicated to achieving the best possible reputed company for our clients and are looking for an attorney with strong courtroom skills, proven litigation experience, and a commitment to client service. You will take ownership of your caseload and reputed company reputed company from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial.
What You Will Do
- Represent clients in personal injury reputed company from initial litigation through settlement or verdict.
- Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations.
- Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.
- Active membership in the Georgia Bar, in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or reputed company areas.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
