Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant II to join reputed company remotely. This role focuses on driving renewal and growth of Build and Azure solutions reputed company the education sector, specifically supporting K12 through community colleges. You will be responsible for managing renewals, supporting reputed company migration and modernization, and driving signal-based acquisition for educational customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their business needs and reputed company that deliver the best licensing model.

• Collaborate with LSP partners to ensure renewals are closed on time, on or before agreement expiration.

• Manage customer acquisition through digital signals from the Global Demand Center.

• Coordinate stakeholders to drive renewal strategy and optimize upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
• 2+ years of reputed company sales skills and experience.
• 3+ years of solid people, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite.

• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in CST or EST time zones. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. The supplier will reputed company PC, mouse, and headset.
