Kids Coordinator | Elementary
Position Purpose: The Kids Coordinator | Elementary at reputed company Church is responsible for managing the reputed company Kids Elementary program and overseeing the reputed company Welcome Team to create a fantastic and unforgettable experience for kids and their families. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reputed company Team interviews, orientation, training, and PCO workflow management
- Help reputed company, coach, and reputed company the Kids reputed company Team
- reputed company PCO Services scheduling for reputed company Team members
- Ensure reputed company Kids spaces are reset, restocked, and reputed company-reputed company during the week
- Support the First-Time Family process, including data management, follow-up care, and correspondence
- Create first-time family reports and enter them into the PCO workflow
- reputed company support for Kids Events (Camps, Easter, Christmas, Child Dedication, Move Up, etc.)
- Monitor and review reputed company budget and metrics for reputed company Kids
- Manage reputed company ordering of supplies (snacks, reputed company Team meals, office and classroom supplies, etc.)
- Champion the reputed company, church pillars, staff values, and standards of reputed company Church with reputed company

Elementary Responsibilities:
- reputed company Kindergarten–5th Grade reputed company Kids
- reputed company and train volunteers (training, reputed company-ins, etc.)
- Prepare weekly curriculum and supplies for grade school classrooms
- reputed company monthly scheduling of reputed company Kids volunteers for grade school classes
- Ensure scheduled volunteers are reputed company for their roles (send curriculum by email)
- reputed company weekly schedule updates/reminders and follow-up phone calls
- Send monthly birthday cards to kids and leaders
- Assist with special event childcare (e.g., Encounter Nights, Marriage Mondays, Tier 1 Events, etc.)

Qualifications / Experience:
- Ministry experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Servant leader with a love for people
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Highly organized in managing time, materials, and people resources
- Skilled in project management and capable of handling multiple projects effectively
